Panthera Interactive, LLC's management is comprised of experienced business professionals from the online advertising and personal computer maker industries. The organizational structure and personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is publisher support oriented and technologically proficient, while efficiently managing cost controls and productivity.
Matthew R. Sandin, founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sandin is currently responsible for managing the entire organization from business development, operations, and sales and marketing. Mr. Sandin has extensive online marketing experience, specifically in affiliate marketing and advertising sales. Prior to founding Panthera Interactive, Mr. Sandin spent two years as Vice President of Business Development with Greenfield Online (NASDAQ: SRVY). At Greenfield, Mr. Sandin is the visionary behind the Real-Time Sampling Division which helped Greenfield achieve incredible results. This project went from a concept to completing over 40% of Greenfield’s North American business in the matter of 15 months with a team of five. Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Sandin was Director of Sales and Marketing for goZing. At goZing, he was instrumental in developing many profitable divisions including the goZing Network and goZing Surveys which led to the acquisition of goZing to Greenfield Online in February 2005 for $31M. He has received numerous recognitions over the years including "Sales Talk Champion" by Dale Carnegie Sales Training. Mr. Sandin is a graduate of California State University of Northridge, with a B.S. in Business Administration with an option in Marketing.
Geralyn Adam, Director of Accounting
Mrs. Adam is responsible for managing the day to day operations as well as the finance and accounting for Panthera Interactive. Prior to joining Panthera, Mrs. Adam worked 20 years for Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ). In the area of finance, Geralyn worked in the Real Estate/Operations department reviewing leases and managing payment of the operating expenses for all of HP’s leased properties in the Western and Southern states. When Hewlett-Packard split into two separate companies, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A), Mrs. Adam managed the timeline of separating leased and owned properties for the entire United States. Geralyn has a B.A. in History and minor in Education from Russell College.
Rick Lea, Director of Business Development
Mr. Lea is responsible for business development for the entire organization. Rick establishes relationships with new advertisers, publishers, networks/agencies as well as assists with the development of new divisions for the company. Rick joined Panthera in June 2007 and has played an instrumental part in growing the business. Prior to joining Panthera, Mr. Lea did business development and list management for VastCast Media in Las Vegas, NV. Rick managed several in house proprietary ESP's for email and brought in data management contracts. In addition, he helped train employees and create lead sites for buyers in the health insurance and credit repair verticals. Prior to VastCast, Rick was with Partner Weekly, a division of the Selling Source where he performed many functions including business development, account executive, affiliate management and list coordinator. Prior to Partner Weekly and his first venture in online marketing was with Extreme Marketing Group (also known as LabelBoy). At Extreme, Rick was the acting CFO/Affiliate Manager/Business Development guru. Mr. Lea has been in the online marketing industry since 1999 and is a true veteran of the space.
Greg Wieder, Director of Publisher Relations
Mr. Wieder is currently responsible for managing the publisher relationships within the network, in addition to overseeing Panthera's third party tracking system. Greg has extensive online marketing and customer service experience. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Wieder spent three years as the Online Marketing Manager with Greenfield Online (NASDAQ: SRVY). Greg helped reduce the Greenfield panel recruitment costs by nearly 40% between 2005 and 2008 by streamlining the recruitment process, identifying and terminating poor performing sources and developing websites that generated new panelists at no cost while at the same time generating revenues. Prior to Greenfield, Mr. Wieder was the Customer Service Manager for goZing Cellular and Traffic Manager for the goZing Network. At goZing, he was instrumental in the growth of both divisions. Prior to goZing, Mr. Wieder was the Traffic Manager at Alert Communications. Alert Communications was a Top 50 Call Center in the USA, who managed orders and customer service for firms like Sketchers, Ronco, Intuit and many other major national accounts. As the Traffic Manager, Greg managed up to 125 agents in a real-time setting, over three computer systems and 20 separate accounts. He balanced staffing across these platforms and accounts to ensure contractual service levels were met as far as wait times and abandonment rates, and at the same time keeping Alert's labor to revenue ratios at acceptable levels. Mr. Wieder attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, with a focus in Accounting.
Brock Boehm, Director of Advertising Sales
Mr. Boehm is responsible for bringing on new advertisers and establishing relationships with ad agencies. Brock has over 14 years sales and marketing experience. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive, Mr. Boehm was a Senior Sales Representative for Offer Fusion where he cultivated new accounts in a variety of verticals (Education, Debt, Finance, Credit, Auto, Health, Life, Dating, Video Games, etc.). In addition to sales, Brock has extensive online and offline experience in business development, project management and account management for many different types of products/services. Mr. Boehm is a graduate from the University of Houston, with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies (specializing in Sociology and Psychology).
Adrienne Rosselli, Sales Coordinator
Mrs. Rosselli is responsible for providing key support to the Sales Team and Advertiser clients. Prior to joining Panthera Interactive in 2008, Mrs. Rosselli has spent the last eight years raising her two wonderful children. Before the birth of her children, Mrs. Rosselli worked for Product Stewardship Corporation in San Diego, CA. There she began as the Administrative Assistant to the Production Manager maintaining two inventories, production tracking, and data entry. Mrs. Rosselli was quickly promoted as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO and CFO. Prior to working in the business world, Mrs. Rosselli was a successful elementary school teacher. She was employed as a teacher in San Diego Catholic Schools. She has taught in many of the primary grades but, specializes in Kindergarten and First Grade. Mrs. Rosselli is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a BA in Psychology and holds a California State Multiple Subject Teaching Credential.
