Publisher FAQ's

Why should I add a co-registration path to my site?

Revenue!

A co-reg path really is designed to serve the publisher with one purpose – extra revenue. Without redirecting your site visitor from your site.

How easy is it to integrate a co-reg lead path into my site?

We have made it very simple.

A quick cut and paste of some javascript onto your site gives you full control of the ad serving via your publisher interface.

Why should I use Panthera Co-Reg Network as my co-registration solution?

Panthera Co-Reg Network takes away the pain of trying to manage co-registration independently. The network solution provides a pool of ready made advertiser-direct campaigns.

Our ad serving technology automates campaign optimization, campaign caps, campaign expirations and replacement.

Plus the one-time integration into the network means you no longer have to waste hours integrating multiple co-reg campaigns and of course we provide one central payment source.

How much will I earn?

That depends on your volume and responsiveness of traffic.

You can be assured that our ad serving technology will be serving the most appropriate (and profitable ads) for your site and that our advertiser hierarchy encourages competitive rates and constantly improving campaign creative.

Can I incentivize my traffic?

No, under no circumstances may you incentivize a registration in any form whether this be with cash, points or competition entry inducements.

Can I pre-check the opt-in offers?

No, all campaigns require explicit opt in from a consumer and offers are not and cannot be ‘pre-checked’.

What reporting to you provide?

You will have access to real time performance reports.

Do your advertisers provide real-time confirmation of lead acceptance?

Each advertiser has a different criteria and method of integration. Generally advertisers provide a real time response code to tentatively accept a delivered record. However, advertisers have the right to cancel leads within 30 days where the lead is invalid.

What constitutes an invalid lead?

Leads with bad data i.e. enquiries from Mickey Mouse in Disneyland will be rejected.

In addition some advertisers have an agreed filter criteria which needs to be met for a valid lead. For example a phone number might be required and in this case any leads with numbers that prove unobtainable will be reversed.

How do you keep advertisers honest and prevent unfair lead reversals?

The lead reversal rate is monitored internally. Bear in mind that the holding company of Panthera Co-Reg Network is also a major co-reg publisher so it’s in our interests to manage reversals carefully.

Don’t forget, our advertiser hierarchy system works to drive improved performance. Campaigns with a high level of reversals will have their delivery weighting dynamically downgraded.

What is the advertiser hierarchy system?

Our ad server controls which adverts are displayed.

The system gives priority to adverts yielding maximum revenue, this considers:

An offers ability to convert (based on your specific site’s historical performance)
The cost per lead
The advertisers lead reversal rate

This system encourages advertisers to constantly fine tune performance to maximize campaign ROI and increase lead volume. This directly maximizes the revenue you as the publisher earns.

When do I get paid?

Publishers are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s activity. New Publishers are paid net 30 on the first check to provide extra time to review the quality of the leads generated.

How do I get paid?

Payment can come in the form of check or PayPal. If you prefer PayPal, you must contact your Affiliate Manager and provide them with your account details. Your PayPal account must be in “Verified” status.  PayPal is an option only after the first commission check has cleared our bank.
